Hey, there sweet friends! If you’ve been following along the past few weeks I’ve been hatching some super cute bird cookies around here. First, I shared these chick cookies made from a candy corn cutter and then their mamas these chicken cookies from an Easter basket cutter. But the thing is I couldn’t stop there, I happened to have extra cookies while working on the chicks + chickens, and my bird brain kept seeing more bird cookies!
THE MORE BIRD COOKIES THE BETTER?
So today I thought I’d pop in just to share a few more of the bird cookies I made so you guys can make them too. I didn’t want to bore you with 100 similar tutorials, but I thought I’d share with you more of the designs as projector templates (TEMPLATES BELOW). You can pretty much follow the tutorials for the chick cookies here for all of these cookies and even grab the FREE printable royal icing beak download to make these guys really fly.
I love how the candy corn chick cookies can be turned into a chicken as well. The same design just switches up the colors. But then she needed a nest. Then when the bird cookies had a nest, there needed to be one with eggs and a little chick. While we’re at it how about we change the candy corn into a goose cookie and the Easter baster chicken into a duck. Seriously guys somebody better stop these bird cookies…is this the bird flu?
