Pink Swirl Halloween Cookies

Happy Friday (the 13th!) guys. Halloween is just a few weeks away and I am having SO much fun creating spooky treats as always. Today let’s start off with a little blog post rewind. Remember these Swirly Halloween Cookies I made five, yes FIVE, years ago? It really doesn’t feel that long ago at all. They are still some of my favorite cookies. I try to make them in every color combo pretty much possible. They are easy, colorful, yummy, and involve you know SPRINKLES. Although I really love my first set still this year I wanted to try creating a new Halloween swirly cookie by of course adding pink. Because really what else should you be thinking about on Halloween or any other Holiday then pink? So here they are Pink Swirl Halloween cookies!

What do you guys think! I am obsessed with them, obsessed I tell ya! Part of the reason is that I got to use the new Halloween Sprinkle mix I created for Sweets & Treats, Hocus Pocus. It is my current sprinkle mix crush. I want to use it on ALL the Halloween treats. Which basically means you have not seen the last of it…..muwhahahaha insert evil witch cackle here.

MAKE SOME PINK SWIRL HALLOWEEN COOKIES!

RECIPE

SUPPLIES

  • Hocus Pocus sprinkle mix
  • pink gel coloring
  • orange gel coloing
  • black gel coloring

Now since I’ve made and shared these before I didn’t do a tutorial for these, because you can already find a full tutorial with step by step instructions here. The only changes I made were to cut the colors from four to three. To keep the cookies the same size I just made the colored cookie dough balls each slightly bigger. Before you head on over to the tutorial though, I used Wilton’s Color right system for all three colors in these cookies and the sprinkles can be found here.

Happy spooky swirling guys!
