No. Our terms of service does not extend to commercial use, reproduction or redistribution of our content in physical or digital form. Please see our terms of service for more info.
I CAN’T FIND THE FILES I DOWNLOADED!
Files downloaded from The Library will most commonly be added to your “DOWNLOADS” folder. On a Mac desktop you can access these by opening finder (the blue and white square in your dock at the bottom of your desktop) then clicking “GO” then “DOWNLOADS” in the tool bar at the top left of your desktop. Your finder window will need to be on screen to see the finder tool bar.
On a Windows desktop open the e file folder and select the “DOWNLOADS” folder on the right sidebar. You can also type downloads in the search bar on your desktop tool bar.
CAN I MODIFY THE FILES IN ANY WAY?
Files should not be modified or edited in any way unless specifically marked “scalable” on the product file page. Our files have been sizes correctly to prevent malfunctions, even a small adjustment can result in complications. For example, stencil bridges may fail when resized too small.
HOW DO I OPEN A ZIPPED FILE?
Some of our content many download a zipped file which consists of multiple files saved together, like a two-layer stencil or nesting cookie cutter set.
To unzip the file Mac users will double click on the zipped file. Windows users will need to right click and “EXTRACT ALL”.
I CAN’T OPEN THE STENCILS IN SILHOUTTE STUDIO!
Oh no! Don’t forget that you will need the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or higher to open .SVG files. You can find the software upgrade available here.
WILL I REAMIN IN THE FACEBOOK COMMUNITY AFTER CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Sadly, no. Although we want to be cookie friends forever, we need to reserve the community for active members of The Library. Only members with an active subscription will remain in the Facebook community group.
